Environmental Administrator

 Summary: Based in our Landisville, PA location and reporting to the Environmental Manager, the Environmental Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our environmental compliance team,sales team, field technicians and project managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various government officials and internal staff. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:.

  • Reconciliation of WRE process logs, outside disposal facility manifests and invoicing.
  • Permit tracking and reporting for Townships and various Government Agencies.
  • Inspections for Environmental Compliance
  • Assist Lab, plant and Environmental with overflow requests
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and work with little supervision. 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a scientific/chemical field.
  • Ability to perform Math calculations/functions.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Mechanical skills are beneficial
  • Highly detailed oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment independently.
