CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Heavy Equipment Operator 


This position will be working with a laborer and is responsible for managing the installation of septic systems. He or she will be operating an excavator and will need to read blue prints. This position will be partnering with the Board of Health and our Engineering team.


Applicants Must:

  • Must have experience installing septic systems including Alternative Design systems.

  • CDL A required.

  • NEHA-A certified is a Plus.

  • Able and willing to work overtime and Saturdays during busy season.

  • Be physically able to meet the minimum requirements below:


Physical Requirements

Rarely       (0-12%)

Occasionally (12-33%)

Frequently (34%-66%)

Regularly  (67-100%)

Seeing: Must be able to read documents and be able to align truck in mirrors w/proper distances.





Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate w/internal and external customers.











Must be able to lift 65 pounds





Grasping/mobility of hands and fingers: Must be able to twist/turn and write.
